Yes. Free listings are still published and discoverable, but Pro listings receive better visibility and more promotional tools.

Registration is handled by the business that runs the activity. Use the registration link or the contacts on the activity page.

Yes. You can cancel your paid plan whenever it no longer fits your needs and continue using the platform on the free tier.

Yes. The free tier is designed for smaller or occasional providers, while Pro is there when you need more reach and automation.

Use "Report" on the activity page. We review every report and contact the business or remove the listing.

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. You can also copy a listing to post a similar one quickly.

No. Browsing, searching and the wishlist work without one. An account is only needed if you run a business and want to list activities.

Any business or organisation that runs activities for children in Canada: camps, studios, clubs, tutors, party venues, sports programs, libraries and community centres.

Businesses manage their own listings and dates. Ended events drop off the catalogue automatically, and we remove listings that are reported as wrong or out of date.

With the e-mail and password you registered with, or with one click through Google or Facebook. Social sign-in links to the account that uses the same e-mail address.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list; you can subscribe again any time from the form on the site.

Open the pricing page while signed in and choose Pro. Payment is a monthly card subscription through Stripe; your plan is active as soon as the payment goes through.

Listings on the free plan are reviewed by our team, usually within one business day. Pro listings go live the moment you save them.

A directory of kids activities across Canada: events, camps, classes, after-school programs and services, listed by the businesses that run them, searchable by province, city, age, date and category.

A clear, well-lit landscape photo of the activity itself — kids doing the thing, the venue, the camp. JPG, PNG or WebP up to the size limit shown in the form. Avoid posters with a lot of text: they are hard to read on a small card.

Stripe e-mails a receipt for every payment to the address on your account. Your current plan and renewal date are shown in your dashboard.

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We e-mail you a link that is valid for one day; open it and choose a new password.

Your business page goes public as soon as you have a published listing, or right away on Pro. Until then you can still open it from your dashboard to see how it will look.

Yes. In Dashboard → Business profile pick every category that fits (up to five). They show on your business page and in the directory.

Stripe retries the card over the next few days and e-mails you. Update the card from the link in that e-mail; once a payment goes through, Pro continues without a gap.

Everywhere in Canada. Pick your province and city with "Your location" at the top of the page and every catalogue narrows to it.

Sign in and open Dashboard → Business profile. The "Password" card at the bottom takes your current password and the new one. If you signed up with Google or Facebook and have no password yet, leave the current one empty.

Your account goes back to the free plan. Listings above the free limit are paused and come back the moment you renew; the ones within the limit stay published.

So that the address really belongs to you — approval notices, reports and billing e-mails go there. The confirmation link arrives right after you register; "Resend" on the sign-in page sends a fresh one.

Free-plan listings are read by our team before they are published. Every listing can be reported from its page, and we act on every report.

One account per business for now. Share the sign-in with the colleague who updates your listings, and change the password from the profile page when someone leaves.

No. Businesses list themselves; registration, payment and the activity itself are between you and them. We make them easy to find.

Write to us from the contact page from the e-mail address of the account. We deactivate the account and take its listings off the site.

Through the contact page — pick a subject, write your message and we answer by e-mail, usually within one or two business days.
